Elegant and rare table; round-shaped top entirely veneered and threaded in various woods and with a medallion inlaid in the center with mythological figures, among which we find that of the god Apollo. Central faceted column resting on a tripod base elegantly inlaid with stylized floral motifs that recall the arabesque ornament. The band has a double thread. The table presents a refined chromatic play and presents itself as an exemplary proof of cabinet making in the workshop of Ugo and Vincenzo Mari, cabinet makers active in Rolo in the 19th century.
