Rare pair of drop-front desks, entirely threaded with festoon motifs within rectangular reserves, in maple, plum, and poplar burr woods. Truncated pyramidal supports with constrictions, fall-front concealing four drawers. Opening door decorated with octagon motifs. Original hardware. Examples of furniture in original patina and extraordinary state of preservation, certainly attributable to one of the most important workshops active in Rolo in the 18th century.
